The Runner's thread

Yesterday was cardio only, so I made 5 miles in 51:50. My best time since making 5 miles. Never used to run past 3 miles due to joint damage.

11 x 60 sec @ 6:57 x 60 sec @ 9:40
1 x 60 sec @ 5:56 x 60 sec @ 9:40
1mi @ 9:13

Total of 5.1 miles. That 5:56 is the fastest I've ever run outside of a sprint, :). I think I'm ready for the fireball next week.

My plan was to stop running after the bottom half of the 8th in the Braves/Dbacks game. Good Lord.
 
Monday 3 miles after lifting. Today could only get 4.5 miles. It's tough on sta-cation, would be easy to phone it in. If you're gonna be drunk, you better be ready to vomit on the treadmill the next day. Just kidding, just a bit woozy. Just trying to keep it in check.:crazy::toast::pukeb:
