1 mile warmup, 6x60 sec fast w/ equal rest, 1 mile cooldown

3.6 miles total. I kept the intervals between 6:20 and 6:40 pace for the most part, it's a little hard because one way is a little more uphill than the other. I was dying on the last one, had to walk about half of my final rest.

Weekly Total: 15.10 Miles

This older guy ran the 10 mile trail race today in khakis, pocket t shirt and boat shoes. 10 minute mile and 3rd place in his age group.

One mile warm up, three miles of speed training, two mile cool down for six miles total. 75.8 total, got some work to do in the final week of the month.

Wow, that is crazy! Props to him though despite the lack of attire.

Put in 11.4 miles this afternoon, at 78 miles for March.

Very proud of my wife. Placed 7th in her age group and 100th overall out of 2500 runners in 15k today in the Boro. Ran it in 1:20. She has never ran a race before.
