Anybody ever used Accerlade? I used it last night and I can tell a difference in the way my legs feel. I am gonna try and use it a couple of times and see if helps my fatigue at all
I've been using the regular Nike + app and just downloaded the Nike + GPS app and my pace went way down. I think the regular one is not very accurate now
I have the Nike+ GPS sportswatch and it is deadly accurate both on distance and time. Average pace and current pace seem to be fairly accurate as well. Do a run and time it with a separate watch and judge the results.
and a question. Anyone run in either the Saucony Kinvaras or the Mirages? Currently I'm running in the Brooks Pure Cadence and they are the best running shoe I've probably ever worn, but it's time to break in a new pair and the Sauconys seem to get slightly better approval ratings. I'm flat footed so I need a wider toebox, but I only ever so slightly pronate when I run.
I used to but switched to cytomax. the protein in accelerade was too heavy for me plus i think cytomax helps cut the lactic acid better, imo. I use Endurox (made by the same company as Accelerade) for my recovery if I exercise longer than a hour. I can tell a huge difference between those and gatorade or water.

Normal and I am a neutral runner so I don't pronate. Though I am slightly pigeon toed.
I have the Brooks PureFlow and absolutely LOVE them. Best pair of running shoes I've owned (and I've owned A LOT).
Is endurox strictly for recovery?
I used accerlade last night for the first time before my workout and I noticed that it was pretty heavy on my stomach. I did notice though about thirty mins after my workout that I felt great. Legs this morning felt refreshed again. I am going to try this stuff for a full week of runs and work outs and make a decision then.
Endurox is just for recovery. Its a stronger version of Accelerade. You can't go wrong using Accelerade but if you need something lighter during your run go with Cytomax.
