Alright guys I need your advice or thoughts. The last two weeks I have been running my legs have seemed really fatigued. I have been running four days a week at most and no more than a 5k for my distance. I have been stretching before and after. I have been drinking plenty of water and after my runs I have been drinking Gatorade recover. Any ideas as to what might be causing the fatigue? (BTW I took a week off from running three or four weeks ago, so I am thinking it's not because my legs are over worked)
