Used to run about 750 miles a year all on Gel Kayanos. Used the 17s all but once because I decided to be cheap and try the 15s. Only made it about 3 weeks in those before I went back.

Need to start swimming, though.

another 5k this morning, so 3.1 miles. That puts it at 589.8... or 89.8, whatevs.

Let me know how the Mizuno holds up BPV, I've almost pulled the trigger on them about 5 times, but wound going with Asics or Sauconys. Right now though I'm rocking the Nike LunarGlides and I honestly love these shoes. First Nikes I've owned in years
