The Runner's thread

Congrats! Excellent pace, and especially good considering the current temps up there.

Plus, I was hurting in new ways after starting some martial arts training. Apparently, 36 is a tough age to learn grappling techniques :)

Anyone use Nike+ gear to track their runs?

I used to when I played soccer in high school. Found that if you didn't have a way to hold the remote in place (ie. their Nike+ shoes) then it wouldn't do a very good job of keeping track of distance and pace. But when it was, I loved it.

Nike+ and I love it

Ran three days of vacation. Nothing hard though just something to keep up. Back from the cruise and now it's time to get back at it

Just started back up, ran 5k with 7:45 pace. I guess I'll take that for now. Crazy how much you lose after a break.

I've been running the 4 miles to crossfit and then a couple after...really starting to lose any fat I had left. Cool feeling.

10 miles at sunrise this morning. The cool morning air is a strange combo when it's already 75* outside.
