Men are men women are women. There are biological differences between the two. As such it was determined long ago that there should be separate categories for men and women's athletics.

Now a third category has manifest itself in numbers enough to warrant consideration. I'm fine with creating a trans division or open division for those that want to compete.

But women deserve their athletic spaces to compete against other women. Everyone is born a member of a biological sex, that is fact, even hermaphrodites have a dominant sex organ, again this is scientific fact.

The fact we are even having this argument is just silly, when common sense and science align the solution should be simple. But there are people that would rather victimize most women to placate a few outliers.

I'm not advocating discriminating against trans people, I'm advocating for women having their rightful athletic spaces.

Why does a male need to be playing women's soccer? It doesn't matter how bad or good the individual is, they're male. Always will be male regardless of how much Dr. Moreau/Mengele surgery they undergo or drugs they take. Either play with the boys or form an open-division for whoever wants to play.

He’s not worth y’all’s time. He will tell you there’s been no elite trans athlete. You’ll point out NCAA National champs and world record holders. He will then tell you they weren’t good enough to meet his criteria.

There hasn't. Holding the equivalent of a Senior Tour record doesn't make someone an elite athlete. People will say it's "unsafe" to play basketball with a trans woman, but then all those players who are so unfairly good that it's "unsafe" will then not even get a college scholarship because the "so good it's unsafe" stuff turned out not to be true

Or for individual sports to set their own parameters for who's allowed to compete, which apparently were working just fine (to the tune of zero trans athletes coming in and dominating women's sports as feared) prior to the recent moral panic and push for government intervention

It was everyone's until the moral panic started in like 2022, no one before that was talking about how no trans woman should be allowed to be a scholarship athlete

In certain places that had idiots running their youth and up to college sports yeah there have been trans athletes dominating women's sports. I do agree that the federal government including the federal courts shouldn't have gotten involved and it should have been left up to the states and localities. Sadly some federal judges made some flucking dumbazz rulings so here we are, the dumbazzes in congress getting involved.

There wasn't anyone high profile before or after 2022 other than Riley Gaines tying for 5th place and deciding to make it everyone's problem
