The Problems with Trans-ideology

The state of Maine and President Donald Trump came to one small agreement in their large-scale feud over the issue of trans athletes in girls' sports.

In exchange for the U.S. Department of Agriculture agreeing to restore federal funds to Maine that it had frozen, the state dropped its lawsuit against the Trump administration over that issue.

The lawsuit was filed April 7 after a federal funding freeze in response to the state's refusal to keep trans athletes out of girls sports.

Federal Judge John Woodcock ordered the Trump administration to restore those funds April 12. Woodcock, a senior judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maine, was appointed by former President George W. Bush in 2003.

BREAKING NEWS: Supreme Court rules on Trump's total ban on transgender troops

The Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that President Donald Trump's ban on transgender troops can stand.

It's a huge win for the president and his Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

The Supreme Court's ruling lifts a lower court's decision to pause Trump's policy, which it called 'dramatic and facially unfair.'

The liberal justices - Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson - would have decided against Trump, they indicated in the filing.

The ruling was an emergency appeal prompting an unusual swift ruling from the justices, although they can rule on the merits of the case at a later date.

Here's my question...how could they have made this ruling on "Wednesday" considering that today is Tuesday?

One thing that sticks in my mind about this is, these "women" only want to compete in women's sports. And when the actual women say they do not believe it is fair nor do they want to compete against a man in woman's clothing, they are heavily criticized by the pro trans folks. Well, how about ask why the trans "women" don't want to compete against men? If you wanna be a woman fine. Get your junk removed, have a vagina, breasts, uterus, and ovaries installed and dose up on estrogen. But you still should not compete in women's sports. We learned way back in 7th grade biology that there are these things called chromosomes. And most folks (like 99.2%) are either XY or XX in this area. How to know the difference? If it's a Y, it's a guy. Yes there are incredibly rare instances where that is not the case, but overwhelmingly it is.

So what happens when the dudes who wanna play women's sports are getting beat by the actual women? They gonna be 30 year old dudes claiming they "feel like a 10 year old" so they can play little league baseball?

I realize your question is in jest.

But if one can identify as another gender, can one identify as another race? Perhaps another age as well?

The answer should be that the people making this a core issue should then feel really stupid, but in reality they'll just feel however Trump tells them to feel

It's not a core issue. It's a disqualifying issue. If you think it is ok and appropriate for this to happen then you have no business being in leadership.

Yes, leagues have had their own rules about hormone levels forever but it's "disqualifying" unless you want government intervention over a political moral panic

Who bumped the Trans thread?! Oh no! I am contributing to the transition!

Edit: Thanks a lot Super Dave.

Christian Reaches Settlement over Alleged Firing for Bible-Themed Shirts Worn During ‘Pride Month’

A settlement has been reached after a man in Scott County, Iowa, accused his former employer of firing him for wearing Christian-themed T-shirts to counter its alliance with the LGBTQ agenda.

Cosby “Corey” Cunningham sued Eaton Corp. after it endorsed so-called “Pride Month,” which ramps up throughout the month of June, the Iowa Capital Dispatch reported Thursday.

He sued the global power management company in June 2024 and alleged it had violated his civil rights over the matter.

Cunningham, who is a Christian, decided to take action when Eaton initiated a ceremony recognizing “Pride Month” in early June 2023, per the lawsuit.
