Has he interviewed for any? Or publicized that he wants to coach a certain team?

He openly expressed interest in the Clemson and Notre Dame jobs. No one would even give him an interview. That's how the rest of the college football world sees The Fired Coach.

The $6 million buyout for essentially sinking the program and getting paid millions to do so.

He signed a contract, and a contract is a agreement of two different parties. So even if he did "rob" the bank, UT should of that of that before signing the contract. He's smart for signing it, and your just sad he gets a lot of money and your stuck with getting monthly allowance from your parents.

Clemson: One possible coaching opening intrigues Fulmer: Clemson. He turns on the suite's flat-screen TV. Figures: South Carolina at Clemson.

Gene Wojciechowski: Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer's final act - ESPN

Louisville: ESPN: Fulmer interested in Louisville job

Notre Dame: Instead of waiting to be contacted, however, Fulmer is apparently going on the offensive. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the longtime Tennessee coach who was forced to step down last season, would like to return to college coaching, and he covets the Notre Dame job.

ESPN.com speculates that Fulmer may also be using the Notre Dame opening to get his name out there other job opportunities

Phil Fulmer adds himself to Notre Dame coaching list?

USF: I just tracked down former Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer at the AFCA coaches convention to gauge his interest in the open USF job......

When asked whether he had inquired about the opening, Fulmer said, “Not directly I have not.”

When I asked if he would, Fulmer said, “I may. It just depends.”

The key is the word “directly.” Perhaps his representatives have sent feelers out and he will proceed if he finds out USF is interested in him.

Similar to the fat chick at the bar ... she'll pretty much take anything right now and would probably still rationalize picking up the drunk, jobless 42 year old as a "catch" ... ala Fulmer taking the Furman or Memphis job in a year or two.

My guess is that he heads to Ryan's all you can eat on the second of every month to celebrate.

For the record it would obviously it would be SHONEYS seeing as he had that sit down meeting with that young girl over the sexual assault incident with one of the players.

He's doing nothing wrong to you or UT, so I'm still trying to wonder why you all bash him.

He's done plenty wrong to UT. We aren't in this mess if not for him running the program into the ground over the last decade.
