Another thing I think people miss, is that Jesus came for a relationship and not a religion. Remember, he over through the tables of most Pharisees and religious leaders of the time as they never got it.

1st Peter 2:1¶Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,

2As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

3If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

Have you ever had to wake up your children to feed them when they were babies? Not unless they were really sick. The only way babies don't eat often is if they are sick or dead.

So it is with newborn christians! Some things just come natural... God bless you and have a great day!!!

After loosing my brother and preaching his funeral Thursday. I'm more convinced than ever that the greatest gift that you can leave your family when you die is a good clear testimony that you are saved by the good grace of God and a life that would back it up.
Your life is a testimony to all that are around you.
1st Corinthians 8:3 But if any man love God, the same is known of him.
Your works will follow you far beyond the grave..... God bless you dear friend, I hope you have a great day.

Don't know what to say man. I don't know how I would handle losing my brother. Every time I hear I drive your truck by Lee Brice it kicks me in the gut just at the thought.

That has to be one of the toughest and I'm sincerely praying for you and your/his family. Sorry dude.

Merry Christmas!

Matthew 1:18¶Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

19Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.

20But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

21And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

22¶Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,

23Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

24¶Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:

25And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS

Luke 10:38¶Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

39And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.

40But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.

41¶And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:

42But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

So many times in life I find myself like Martha here, cumbered about much serving. Let us not forget to take time to sit at our Lord's feet and I'm sure that we will find it to be the most rewarding and best time of our day!!
God bless you dear friend, have a great day!!

Luke 23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.

It wasn't the nails that held him on the cross, it was his love for you and I!!!
God bless you friend, have a great day!!!

Proverbs 7:27 Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.

Speaking of an adulterous woman in context. The old testament indeed speaks of people going to hell as we see here in this very text. Jesus Christ spoke much more of hell than he did heaven.
If you are lost without God I plead and beg you to repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ today!

Ephesians 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

I wonder what he meant by corrupt communication? Apparently it grieves the Holy Ghost....

Just a little food for thought, have a great day!!

Titus 2:1¶But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:

2That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.

3The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

4That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

5To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

6¶Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.

7In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,

8Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;

10Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

ADORN', v.t. [L. adorno, ad and orno, to deck, or beautify, to dress, set off, extol, furnish.
1. To deck or decorate; to make beautiful; to add to beauty by dress; to deck with external ornaments.
A bride adorneth, herself with jewels. Isa. 6.
To set off to advantage; to add ornaments to; to embellish by any thing external or adventitious; as, to adorn a speech by appropriate action, sentiments with elegance of language, or a gallery with pictures.
3. To make pleasing, or more pleasing; as, great abilities adorned by virtue or affability.
4. To display the beauty or excellence of; as, to adorn the doctrine of God. Titus 2.
ADORN', n. Ornament. Obs.
ADORN', a. Adorned; decorated. Obs.

We should make the doctrines of God look good through the life we live! The best way to do that is to serve Jesus Christ with Joy!!
