I'm gonna be honest. I've watched a lot of college baseball. I never knew the AA tournament had rules.

I guess they were introduced after Corbin destroyed Rockers elbow.

I don't think you are the only one. Plenty of times in the game thread when people are making their pitching suggestions, it is obvious they are unaware of the rules in place - they want people to throw who simply can not, or they want multiple changes with guys who have thrown 30 or so pitches. I don't think they are aware that those guys wouldn't be available the next day. I mean, I am excited about Jay Abernathy's potential, but I don't want to be forcing him to the bump!

So strange. We went from setting up an outdoor big screen viewing area next to the stadium for people that couldn't get tickets to this season having $22 regional playoff tickets. This should put an end to the "tickets are too expensive" or "corporate has taken over" or "wine and cheese crowd" argument. Most important game of the year and tickets are very affordable. No excuse not to sell out tonight.

No- griffin green is starting for them. He only averages 1.2 innings per outing though so they plan on using a few.

Yeah, but if history (and BVS) has taught us anything, expect Green to have the game of his life tonight. 7 shutout inning or some such BS……

AJ had 53 pitches in Saturday's game against Cincinnati. At most, I would think two innings if he can keep his pitch count under 30.
