The D didn't get it done, but look, if I told you we would lose to Georgia by a freaking touchdown, most of you would have been thrilled. I'm not big into moral victories, but at the very least the team never quit. That is a positive in all this sadness.

BS...You chalk this lost on Sal def. Im not putting the Blame on Bray for trying his azz off. I know I said different after his first pick but this off. played good enough to win period.

So I'm guessing that it was Sal who threw to the wrong shoulder for an INT on the potential tying drive, or who fumbled at a crucial time.

And Chaney abandoned the run on the last drive...THEY COULDN'T STOP IT!!!! And they had 6 minutes to do it...

The defense couldn't get rest because of our high-tempo offense. As soon as we actually settled down and had a long drive, we did nothing but stop them.

I don't like giving up 51, but we KNEW we had a bad defense, so we should have ADJUSTED. Score more on offense and get a few turnovers. We had DONE that. Not all the defense's fault.

Ditto. I see no positives in this other than the fact that we should have won the game. Take a moment and look at all the mistakes that were made today and look at the "performance" if you can call it that, of this defense against the run, and then tell us all that you're pleased with the result.

Wow, I saw much improvement in this game. The run game look great the D made some big stops (missed on some big plays also). The offense had a some dropped plays as well but this team fought the entire game but came up short. I am not near as upset with this game as I was with FL. With a little improvement on both sides and we are in business.

Passing game, receivers and QB, had plenty of chances tonight... disappointing loss

Super pumped we came back and made it a game though. Was getting ugly, early.

Need to bounce back and beat Ms. St. - I think we can, but it starts with better defense

The team did not roll over and it was a very exciting game. Most of the people posting on here were throwing in the towel after Georgia's first two series of the first quarter, claiming the game was already lost. Damn glad I stuck around and damn proud that UT put a helluva scare in the Georgia fans. Nobody expected it to come down to the wire like that. Sucks to lose, but I sure do like exciting games.
