And because she was a nutritionist, it is diet sugar free tea

Definitely could make it the sugar route if you wanted to, just get different similar ingredients

I remember telling a manager at an old job I was having spiced tea

He thought I said spiked tea

And asked what I spiked it with!

After I put all the dry ingredients together, I store them in a container.

One at work and one at home

Then just add a spoonful or two to a cup of hot water
