I have with some of them. One I wrote a bad review on a winery because we bought two bottles of wine and when we got back home, they tasted nothing like what we had tried at the winery, tasted like a bad batch. They contacted me and sent me new wine.

I think my favorite bad review was to a cheesecake shop where the owner responded publicly and said I must have been sent from her competitor to write such a bad review.

Another one that responded defensively was a cupcake shop - they won cupcake wars (I think twice!), but I had them well before they were on the show and was not impressed, thought they were dry

Others have also complained about her cupcakes and they have also had snotty responses, she told one to go find another cupcake shop
