That was a horrible call and it cost SM. There player did not touch a player before, during or after the kick. Their coach had ever right to tear into to ref.

From the way it was just explained, the refs made the right call. Stupid rule though.

The rule says you can't move forward and leap and come down on anybody, the southern miss player wasn't even near another player.
