The Official Tennessee vs. Indiana Tax Slayer Gator Bowl Game Thread, 7:00 PM ET, ESPN

I don't share the hate for JG but I will say that we should try someone else (at least in the red zone) to see if we can shake things up. Not necessarily bench JG full-time but try a different QB temporarily at least.
Not hate, just honest, legit criticism. And honestly, after watching it for as long as we have this year, over and over and over again, it’s just damn frustrating.

Three trips into the orange zone and 6 points. That will get you beat. All it takes is one busted coverage by the DBs and IU is up by one. This is on JP. Headman needs to make a change.

Bench JG or no?
I don’t think that coach would totally discount doing so but as long as the D is keeping points off the board and the O is running clock and putting up points (even if they are 3’s instead of 6’s) JG will continue to play. IMHO if IU put up a couple of TD’s to our no TD’s then Pruitt would consider it

Frustrating in the red zone, but playing well on defense. Keep up the intensity, avoid the mistakes and we'll when this. JJ is going to go wild in the second half.

JG cant even fake the handoff. His head is literally locked on the reciever downfield he cant even sell the handoff. Ive never seen that before with any QB

If we can keep stopping them for scoring and eating a lot of clock I guess I can live with JG missing his guys and settling for 3 but this aint a good look...JG needs to settle down

I really hope your wrong. JG is mediocre at best. Coaches have to know that. Surely we see Maurer or bailey next year. Coaches have to know the ceiling is higher.
Calling JG mediocre is an insult to mediocre quarterbacks all around the nation. They would have us up at least 17-0 right now.
