The Patriots also offered....it will be interesting to see what kind of money it takes to land him.

I got this from ESPN.com...

"Stallworth and agent Drew Rosenhaus are believed to be seeking between $10 and $15 million in guaranteed money, but there doesn't appear to be much interest in the 26-year-old at that price."

I also read that he may take a good sized 1-year deal then test FA again next season, since it seems that no one wants to guarantee so much money.

10-15 million seems like a lot guaranteed, but I guess with the market being so thin everybody is getting paid this year.

I hear the Titans are pretty interested in our Nick Harper and maybe Dominck Rhodes....what's the news down that way about this?

Harper was supposed to meet with the Titans today, along with Cowboys LB Ryan Fowler. I heard they were interested in Rhodes too, but they weren't the frontrunner. They were in discussions for McGahee, but now that he is a Raven, maybe they go after Rhodes harder, i don't know.

The Titans are hoping for some decent pickups from this second tier of guys. Rhodes is gone. For some reason he decided to go to Oakland, which is the new NFL graveyard.

Harper is a good player, i can live with him in our nickel and dime packages. I am expecting Finnegan to be a star one day.

You can pretty much count on Chris Brown to be back. Teams are interested in him, but I think we are gonna have to bring him back. Lendale, if im not mistaken, is our only RB on roster besides FB Ahmad Hall.

I see the Titans taking a WR in the first round. Preferrably Meach if he is on the board. Defensive line and RB will also be look at in the later rounds.

Why not possibly trade up and take Marshawn Lynch?? Why not sign Kevin Curtis?? Grant Wistrom is an option, can he still play?? Cory Dillon mabye?? WHy did we give an offer to CB Jamar Fletcher? What has he done in the NFL, except underachieve??

Who knows what they are doing....maybe they think this is like baseball with small market teams and big market teams.

Lamont Thompson is a future pro bowler...we're absolutely stacked at the safety position.:birgits_giggle:

I feel sorry for Vince Young. He showed in college that he can do some special things when he's surrounded by talent. It looks like the Titans aren't interested in providing him with any on either side of the ball.

The Titans really damaged their chances for this year by not improving their defense and letting offensive starters go even though they could have afforded to pay them.

Alright Ryan Fowler!

:ermm:

Is that Chris' son?
I was wondering who he was? I don't think I have ever heard of him, where'd he come from?

That being said, Nick Harper is a good pick up, Pacman(granted he stays on the team) needs a good CB on the other side of him
