The problem goes way deeper than that, unfortunately. I am not sure he gets fired after this year, but that would not be a surprise. Problem is, who they gonna get? Gruden? Blah. Coach Prime? Not. Hotshot coordinator? Why risk your future by taking the job?Can we draft a coach in round 1?

They will need a veteran HC who can bring some stability and hire coordinators who are up and comers and aren't afraid to take their shot. A coordinator isn't really risking his career by taking the job on a crappy team, the HC gets most of the blame.
I guess Bill will be gone from NC after this year...
Callahan is 3-18. He has a worse winning percentage than Urban Meyer did in Jacksonville. The best time to fire him was this past offseason, the second best time was Monday and the third best time is right now.
