Trade the #1 pick to the org that is willing to give up the most. Then rebuild with the draft.

Make sure the next guy has been a HC who can develop and bring a real OC.

2014 was a worse roster, but this team is the worst coached. 2025 should win a matchup but Callahan would find a way to lose
