I liked Jon. However, I am actually ok with Amy's decision.

Somehow, Jon continued to get himself positioned into rolling dice on first and second round draft picks. You can not continue to win with that many high busts in the early rounds of draft.

For example, from last five years....who do we still have they is a stud. Without even looking, Simmons is all I can think of off top of my head. Wilson bust, Farley not looking good, Evans gone, Brown gone, Burks off to bad start, etc.

Yall ever seen how absolutely brain dead Facebook Titans fans are?

I said we should make Dobbs our back up right now and several are laughing at me

I'm like oh?

So you like how Willis can't complete a pass?

Dobbs played like a starter in the preseason like you watch him and then you watch Malik and it's clear as day that Dobbs is currently way better. It's just a very easy observation to make. Then they're saying there's a million other guys better than Dobbs. It's just sad.

Dobbs isnt really any better than Willis. Hes way too inconsistent as a passer.

The Titans not having a good game Vs the rebuilding Jaguars would be embarrassing.

I don’t work today so I’ll be very disappointed if my Titans fail to give me the happiness of defeating the inferior Jaguars team that because they’re rebuilding haven’t closed multiple close games.

I agree JD hasn’t had a chance in the NFL to show he can be a good Gameday Player which is needed in the NFL QB Era.

Also I would be very happy to see a great former Volunteers QB playing for my Flaming Titans.

Yea, I thought Willis was going to be a lot better than he’s looked up to this point. I really can’t imagine Dobbs not being at least a slight improvement.

Or, at least, can be our practice squad quarterback until we get a chance to see what happens with Willis.

For me, Willis and Dobbs have some similarities. Willis is just 30 pounds heavier and can take a beating when he runs.

Willis haven't yet learned to check down on receivers. If his first target isn't open, he tucks and runs. I think Dobbs can read defenses better, but haven't seen him play enough in NFL to really know. Think I saw him in one pre-season game.

Well he can complete a pass

Something Malik cannot do

Dobbs looked fabulous in the preseason. Started against the Eagles and had a passer rating of 156

Browns fans were wanting him to start over Brisset

Not saying he's great or anything, but he can read a defense, complete a pass and has experience. Things that Willis doesn't have.

How many backups were playing? People were in here singing Willis's praises this last pre season as well. I love Dobbs he was fun to watch at TN but he doesn't have the arm to be an NFL QB

Anyone praising Willis didn't understand what they were seeing

I thought he was pretty awful in the preseason

Dobbs was in control, poised, completed tough passes, did the magical things we love him for. He'd fit in perfect as a back up here.

Yes. He's what he was in college. Average, he's not an NFL QB
