The Official Tennessee @ South Carolina Game Thread, 7:30 PM ET, SEC Network

He can't. He physically can't see more than a few yards down field. It's the hits he has taken this year and it explains tonights play calling. He probably needs to not play next week. Rest up for the rest of the SEC.
He can do it. We all saw it against Auburn. Most of it is the play calls. But he was somewhat off tonight especially deep. I agree though Chryst should have been in the game after what we saw last week. I thought we would see him. JG is tough but he isn't near as leanrt as Chryst.

JG has JJ and callaway on the outside, just throw the ball up for grabs, who cares if they are covered, if you throw an INT, its a short punt who cares...still pissed at that last play.

I agree we only through one 50/50 ball that I'm aware of. At Auburn it was like 7.

My lord, I refrained from posting anything during the game to avoid dumb comments by some people on here that know NOTHING about football and just want to argue about what they think they know which in all reality is nothing. Comparing Pruitt and Butch is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The guys played hard but made mistakes and lost the game simple as that. But some "fans" on here think they know more then they actually do. Everybody wants Tennessee back but as soon as a game doesn't go the way we want it to all this negative crap comes out from the usual "know it all's" and you all know who you are. I wish you all would hurry up and really "get over it" or be "done with it" so the adults on here can enjoy a civil adult conversation without listening to all of your moaning and crying over a ball game. So go ahead and flame away and be the keyboard warriors I know y'all will be, I'll be right here still supporting this team and this staff. Go Vols!!

I think soreness affected his deep ball so perhaps this would have been a good game to get KC some reps in.

The call on 4th when it was still tied lost this one. Bently was hurt and wasn't going to fling it. Having coaches who have to learn on the job is a beeotch.
That's not a learning on the job kind of mistake. Not trying to pin them deep in that situation is just a terrible decision--high school coaches know better than that

Look man. Going for it close to the red zone on the opponent's end of the field when you need TDs is refreshing. Trying to convert on 4th and long near midfield when you have a good punter and the opponent's QB just got squashed, and it's a tie game in the 4th quarter, is reckless at best and coaching malpractice at worst.

There has been a few malpractice calls this season

You are correct, but he can't do it right now... And it's obvious the coaches know that based on the play calling.
