I honestly believe playing such a bad schedule may have hurt us getting prepared for SEC play, still it's a long season and we can get right but that schedule was awful imo

The pitching struggles have been the surprise this year. Never expected the bats to be what we had last year, but didn’t expect to see the contact opponents have made this year.

Getting humbled this weekend might be a pretty good thing for this team long term. Maybe I’m just looking for a silver lining though.

I agree also. When you play better teams, it gives you a better understanding of you weaknesses and what you should improve on.
