Summary:

Both team know each other very well as we played on the road there a few weeks ago.

Both talented teams, obviously, great coaches. Their pitching depth may be a tad deeper than ours and then the elephant in the room, we’ll have to be very clean defensively.

Crowd will be a factor and there’s no love lost between the teams or staffs.

Arkansas and Auburn are the only two teams I've seen this year where the lineup has the exact same plate approach as we did in 2024. Meaning it's very rare for them to swing at a pitcher's pitch; they are very good at putting pressure on the pitcher to throw hittable strikes, and then taking advantage. I'm not exaggerating when I say that if we beat this team in their building and make it to Omaha then we should be strong favorites to repeat
