The Official Selection Sunday Thread

Then you have no idea.

Butler and Louisville are horrrrrrid matchups for us.
I have an idea and don't think Butler and Louisville are that bad for us. We should house Butler. Louisville is what it is. 2/3 matchups is the main reason yesterday hurt so badly.

Yep we definitely got screwed. But we are Tennessee, and therefore we always get screwed. We should be used to it by now...

And by the way, did anyone else notice the lack of orange our team showed. And happiness??? Though I don't blame them.

Will be rooting hard for an Oklahoma upset of Louisville in the 2nd round.

BTW, Butler is a 4 or 5 seed now placed at 7

Georgetown is a VERY good team--lost 5 games playing in a much better conference than the sec. Louisville is big and athletic but doesn't shoot very well--they are erratic, a bit like Memphis. Let's face it: In the dance you start playing good teams in game two. The 2s are texas, georgetown, duke and UT.

After looking at butler for the last little bit, they don't look to really have a big guy, they have no one that sees playing time that is bigger than 6-8. also they have 7 guys that average double figures in minutes per game, and 4 guys that average more than 5 points per game, all of which average double figures. so it's not that bad i don't think

if they put duke as the 2 in the midwest...I'm gonna drive to the committee place and raise some hell

I know you have an idea, which is why I'm stunned at your reaction

Wow. You've gotta be kidding. How do we end up being in conversation for a #1 seed, and get the last #2 seed with the #2 RPI, and #1 SOS.
