It was one of the luckiest things I could ever imagine happening. Running into and igniting a giant tank of jet fuel attached to the back of a truck without anyone getting hurt is nothing short of miraculous.

mid to late 90's was the best NASCAR has ever been. I was a huge Jarrett fan. so 99 was awesome. You couldnt go to a superspeedway without thinking that RYR was gonna win.

That seems like a decent landing spot. Maybe DTM, FIA GT or Aussie V8 Supercars would pique his interest. I have never been a big fan of his, he came off as prick in F1, but he seems to have mellowed out since he got to NASCAR.

Yea his first couple of years in NASCAR he still had the attitude he's definitely mellowed out. I agree his best bet is going back to open wheel or GT/Supercar.

I am hearing chatter about furniture row possibly getting more manufacture support and going to two cars.

no, he has been nowhere near as good as McMurray. Montoya has torn up more cars than Danica.

Didn't realize that a race the likes of Derrick Cope and Ward Burton have also won defines a driver's entire career. My bad.

Wow, Jimmie Spencer say that Ambrose could get better results if he had a better car. Shocking.

I think Ambrose is a good racer, would be interesting what he would do in better equipment.
