the only time I have really suffered this year is when I picked Harvick or Martin. I wont be guilty of that again.

People say Jr is only there for his sales and act as if he isn't talented. I'm not a Dale fan but to act like he isn't a good driver is crazy. You don't win 19 Cup races & 2 Busch series titles without talent.

Jr. has talent that's for sure, but the problem is too many people expect him to be his dad and that's just not going to happen. There will never be another Sr. There may be people who win the same amount of championships but there will never be anyone who drives like Sr. did.

I may have been harsh on Jr., as he certainly has talent, but lets look at his hit ratio in the cup:

#48: 15.14%
#24: 12.32%
#14: 9.28%
#55: 7.04%
#2: 6.34%
#18: 6.34%
#99: 6.29%
#29: 4.70%
#5: 4.40%
#88: 3.91%
#39: 3.80%


Now these numbers are nothing to be ashamed of, but among his peers he has not exactly stood out among the pack. On hit rate alone he is the weakest link on that team, but probably brings in the amount of revenue of at least two of his teammates combined.

not sure if I should pick Gordon or Kenseth this week. Not sure if Gibbs has their engines figured out for the plate tracks yet. Thoughts?

Read somewhere that TRD was going to dial it back some to give their Toyota teams a little more reliability. TIFWIW.
