Yeah, he needs to perform at this level. He was able to get a start or two in the nationwide last season though. I just suppose the stars have not lined up yet.
Agreed. You almost forget he was a former Cup champion the way he runs around in 30th place now. I want Mark Martin to retire before he becomes one of those drivers that hang around too long. He's ok now, but he is going that direction in a hurry.
It's gonna be really difficult for him to win against this field full of seasoned veterans with top flight equipment, talent, and sprint cup victories under their belts.
