That's exactly why in my opinion.I expected it to be another two to three weeks so here is my crazy theory on why Kyle is rushing back.
His & Kurt's favorite movie is Days of Thunder. I'm thinking Kyle sees himself as Cole Trickle and young Erik Jones is Russ Wheeler trying to take his ride.
Erik is getting all the big publicity etc.. He could have very well have won last week if not for the slip up. Heck in the movie he ends up in the #18 car.

‎NASCAR‬ has issued a written warning to Jimmie Johnson's No. 48 team after a pit crew member manipulated the side skirt on the six-time champion's car in Saturday night's Sprint All-Star Race.
That's my point. They have been suspended plenty times and they still push their luck. I don't know what the answer would be. They obviously don't fear the suspensions or the points being docked.
I don't believe there is a ''repeat offender" rule for infractions outside of the probation period.
When the teams get caught, they just wait out the probation and start bending the rules till they get caught again.
I think there should be.
Oh and in case you didn't know, all the other teams are on the up and up.k:
Do you think there should be a repeat offender rule?
