That's explained by the fact that 3 of them are bigs, and Jordan only played 1072 games, compared to Kobe's 1207. Jordan had a 2:1 assist:turnover ratio for his career (close enough...5.3:2.7). Kobe's never done 2:1 in a season, let alone for his career.
