The Official Johnny Majors Classic Game Thread: #24 Tennessee @ #17 Pittsburgh, 3:30 PM ET, ABC

It’s
Hooker was great after the first few series. Tillman had a few he should've caught, but it was the running game which was concerning. Small and Wright were bad today.

It’s a little hard to run with any effectiveness when your O line is watching defenders run past them and hit our RB’s in the backfield

Maybe it was the lack of pass coverage. Maybe the 80 yard td run. Maybe the fumble, muffed punt, and terrible O-line play. We still have a lot of good teams to play that are way better than Pitt. There’s a lot to be concerned about if it isn’t fixed.
Agree. 3 points after the half is very concerning.

It sucks but this was a three win team two years ago. Teams that are turning the quarter play like shi* and find ways to win. I hate that we played bad BUT we won!

Yea

You cannot become good or hopefully great (at some point) without learning how to win games like this…….they happen.

Tennessee found a way to win…….last year they simply found ways to lose them (for the most part).

Switched back over to my Roku after the game and the ESPN3 live feed was still going. The announcers had no idea they were still on the air. They were talking about how disappointed they were that Pitt didn't win. They said it was set up for a storybook ending. It was a really bad look. Did anyone else catch that?

Be careful you'll be called a clown and told to leave if you have a different opinion. Fact is, we gotta get way better or Florida is gonna curb stomp us.
