The Official Indianapolis Colts Thread

tclowers, Did you see where Polian made a comment this week about Sanders coming back. He answered "if and when" Sanders comes back. Does this worry you at all? Bullitt has played really well in his spot. I am about ready to cut ties with him.

Bob Sanders getting back on the field is key to the Colts making a run at another Super Bowl. He needs to stay healthy the rest of the year.

The Colts won't cut ties. He's one of the highest paid defensive players in the league, and deservedly so. There is too much invested by the Colts in Bob Sanders for them to ever cut ties.

Once he's back on the field, you'll remember why he's called "The Eraser".

There is no doubt with him on the field I feel very good about us going to the super bowl, especially seeing how well the D has played since the Miami game.

I love Bob Sanders and the way he plays, but he has missed 40 of his 85 games. He is getting payed too much to only play a little over 50% of his eligible games.

I am pulling for him, he is a game changer he makes the whole D better. I just want him on the field for a whole season. Looks like he plays a little bit Sunday, we will need him against the Pats.

Are the Colts the best team in the NFL so far this season? I think so even though the Pats have blown out a couple of teams-Bucs and Titans. Both of these teams-Titans and Bucs were once good teams. Both seem to be on the downside now.
GO COLTS!

I agree, I also think the Colts are the best team. But I have thought that they were the best team this early in the regular season several times and then we get bounced in our first playoff game. I just hope to have the title as the best team in February.

I think the Saints are.

Look at what this Colts offense is doing without Gonzo. Once they get him back, I feel sorry for all the defenses that already can't stop Peyton. Plus, this last game was the first time Bob Sanders has suited up this year.

True that, so pumped Bob is finally back.
