I think all will happen, Pagano and Hamilton next Monday and Grigson after the season. Should be able to get anyone they want: Saban? Gruden?
Who do you like?
For the rest of this season, but after that whole staff will be gone
Possibly. Even though the team's clearly not at the level of "Super Bowl pick" that I'm presuming people in the fan base were hoping for after last season, if the Colts made the playoffs as the division winner then I wouldn't be surprised if your staff got another year.
I don't think Pagano is the coach 2 weeks from today. Division winner with a 6-10ish record will not save his job. It's important to note his contract is up after this season, so if they let him finish the year they wouldn't be firing him it would just be not bringing him back.
Agree. Pagano a great guy but not NFL head coach material. I think the players know he is a dead man walking which is one of the issues.
To me, the Colts would be an attractive option. Luck is a franchise qb (with a decent OL and better playcalling). There is certainly talent at the skill positions and they play in a weak division.
If only you guys could have held on to Arians somehow. It wasn't really possible at the time, but he's a hell of a coach. But as long as someone competent is making the hire, the Colts should get the best guy available and continue to dominate the AFC South.
Just don't draft any more receivers. Vontae Davis needs some help.

Not good, probably should think about shutting him down for the rest of the year
I have been telling my wife for a while now, if they don't do something to protect him we will never get to see his full potential.
This seems so obvious that it boggles my mind how Grigson could have blown it the past 2 years. I give him a pass in Year 1.
Bad year for the Colts. Frankly, I've lost interest in them this year - I'm trying to watch less football on Sun. and be more involved with my family. Sat. is still reserved for the Vols.
