Edey wasn't enjoying being guarded by him.

I’m just sad right now. We have had a pretty remarkable half from 3, Purdue has been awful from 3, and we are down 2.

UT missed a lot of baskets, down 2 at the break.

Aidoo doing so much wrong. That mid range game is ugh. 2nd game in a row where he's late getting back in the paint after coming out on the guards. Butter fingers catching the ball in the post it's just awful. We lose if he don't come out in this second half playing a lot better

I hate Zach Edey.

One good thing about this tournament is that this is the last time we have to see him in college basketball. Won’t have to put up with refs protecting him ad nauseum. Next year he’ll be riding the pine on an NBA team.

No reason we should be trailing in this game. Purdue was ice cold from 3 pt range. Had a chance to pour it on when we went up 11 and failed to do so which is what will most likely cost us this game. Purdue isn’t likely to have another half of poor outside shooting.

Think we’re going to have to be willing to let Tobe play through foul trouble in the second half. Things went well for us when he was in the game. Need him to play big second half minutes. Also need ZZ to do a better job of guarding Smith. He’s hurt us with his dribble penetration.

Aidoo is missing in action again, today. I don’t understand it as he’s 7’0 tall but plays 6’5. He has fumbled the ball almost every time he’s touched the ball.
