Having several key injuries to the front seven had something to do with that. Out defensive line looked like a normal mop up "empty the bench" scenario by the end of the first half. Hard to make effective adjustments when you have a lot of people playing their first game in orange and white.

So what. That means absolutely nothing. Ole miss built a brand new team last year and almost went to the playoffs. Canā€™t use that excuse any more

Absolutely. FSU brought in FIFTY new players and just whipped Bama like a rented mule. With the new rules, you can turn around/build a team overnight. Not that I like it, but it can be done.
