It may be my eyes, but the officials are not stopping these plays. Both of those plays there was no waving of arms above the head to signal the play dead and no whistles (you can see the refs don't even have it in their mouths). 100% on them.

Chris Doering made a good point on the SEC halftime show. Said it’s not on the players. He put the blame squarely on the refs for not controlling the game early on.
