I would guess 50% of the players drafted have parents who support Trump, but cool theory.

Also, the idea that Goodell could tell somebody like Jerry Jones not to draft SS because of Trump, LOL. Goodell would be looking for a new job.

NBA sells individuals so they helped produce the Bronny TV Show. NFL is about the best players to create team success, so they turned the channel when the Shedeur TV Show came on.

Shedeur definitely had 1st rd grades at some point and teams didn't tell the media they were completely off him because of the non-football stuff.

I am not surprised he didn't go in the 1st round but I am surprised by Round 4 he's still out there. Even with the overhype and potential drama with who he is, seems like he'd still be worth a look.

I think it's a bit of the Tebow thing where the concern is you draft him, you're inviting a media circus as if Tom Brady unretired but it's just a guy who might max out as a career backup. Who wants that?

Skattebo getting taken two picks after the Titans pick makes it look even worse. He’d have been much greater value than Dike imo

Skattebo is a fun player, but at the same time running back isn’t really any degree of a need for them. I kind of get an NFL team not taking a RB given that situation.

I guess people are leery of Sampson’s height. The guy is known to be a great locker room leader, set records and was the leading SEC rusher. Head scratcher that some of these backs are going ahead of him.

He tends to have a little fumblitis at times too. He’ll go today at some point.
