I know he has been with the cardinals OC before in Cleveland and he is playing the Giants but for Dobbs to be able to master a nfl offense after only your third week with a team is pretty remarkable and testament to his IQ

The Titans grass field has yielded the most leg injuries the past several years so I'm not sure 100% grass mandate is the best option....

I was about to say, some of the grass fields in the NFL have been dreadful and there is no way they are safer. The Titans' field was complete garbage, and the Commanders' field has usually been terrible too.

Speaking of the Titans' field it's supposed to be a newer type that is even closer to grass.
