Florida doesn't feel like they got beat. Most of us wanted to kick their butt. That didn't happen. Tenn escaped with the W. If that doesn't concern you, it should. WE play 3-4 teams this year better than UF.

I guess I'm in the minority with my concern for the Next games coming. Sure beating uf is great, but that was puking material at times. I deal in reality. We ain't going very far playing like today. Every Vol fan should be worried after that defensive performance.

My ONLY 20/20 hindsight comment about this game was Heupel's tendency to go for it on 4th down. If he kicks the FG early instead of trying for the conversion it puts us out of reach in the fourth quarter.

Our defense is what we all thought it is and needs some playmaker depth. My hope there is guys like Lang that were visiting today took notice of the opportunity that lies here for them.

AR threw for over 450 yards today. 450!! Considering the USF and Kentucky game, this tells us how poorly coached and prepared our DBs and safeties are. We learned absolutely nothing from KY and USF on how to defend FLA. It’s absolutely necessary to make a coaching change in our secondary.

There are high school seniors that have only seen Tennessee beat Florida twice in their LIFE. I’m going to enjoy this win and some pour some extra Jack Daniels tonight for the last minute heart attack. I’ll worry about breaking down the game on Monday.

Anyone that paid attention before the season knew going into this season our linebackers and secondary were going to be average at best, so not sure why certain individuals are acting like this is new information or calling for coaches heads.

But, if you want to be miserable after beating FLORIDA, well, I guess we live in a free country and you can do what you want. Just don’t call yourself a Vols fan.
