That was a curve--and belt high.

Our pitchers have left way too many pitches up in the zone and in the middle of the plate tonight. Too many belt-high pitches. Gotta get the ball down and work the corners more. Our staff is very good at avoiding walks, but the downside is that we pump a lot of pitches right over the middle of the plate. We've been touched up pretty seriously tonight--and some of our best pitchers. A bit worrisome.
