Selection Committee Chairman is AD at Xavier, any chance this could help us due to the fact that he (most likely) saw us play when we downed the Musketeers? I mean i understand they're probably supposed to be as neutral as possible, but could this play into our favor at all?

Seth Greenberg (sp?) completely dissed us and didnt even mention the VOls.Instead, he mentioned MTSU, Boise St. and UVA.... Pearl keeps throwing props to MTSU.. GEEZ!

I agree with you BTO. It is hard for me to believe that the Selection Committee will pick 4 mid-Majors as the Last Four In. However, we have never gotten much love from the NCAA. It's hard to imagine what will really happen at this point.

Maybe the good karma from football recruiting this past week will carry over to the NCCAA Toruney selection committee.. (just looking for anything to hang some hope on)

I imagine it wil be tough for Pearl to say what he really wants to say about the VOLS. You know he is pulling for us, but I would assume that he cannot seem to be too overly excited or pump us up in his new role.

Just hope Lunardi (and ESPN) are wrong. If not, I just cant get excited about the NIT again
