Well yeah. There is no point in bringing up career stats (I assume those are career stats) for Horace Grant when we're talking about '91-93. Of course Bosh's stats are going to look better than Grant's when Grant played until age 38 and Bosh is currently 29.

Yeah that's what I thought. You can say whatever you want but the comparisons you made were beyond stupid. Horace Grant was an average big man who had decent skills. He was never even close to Bosh skill wise. Like I said Pippen was a better defender but not even close to Wade offensively. Rodman was the better defender but was nowhere near Bosh offensively.

Even in their primes Grant and Rodman were not better overall players than Bosh. In his prime, Wade was much better than Pippen. The stats say it even if you cannot admit it. So what stats should we look at when examining your comparisons?

Right, cause the Heat need another perimeter scorer and not an inside presence. Lebron would have killed to have a big who averaged 14 and 10. Lebron led the team in rebounds, points, and assists. If MJ ever did that on a team that even made it to the ECF*, you win the argument.

*Pretty sure he never did that, period.

Rodman was not a liability on offense. He actually played smart offense. Bosh is a liability on the glass and on D. Bosh may be the worst rebounder in the league at his position....but sure I guess he's better than Rodman...SMH

Glad you start to understand reason. Bosh is a HOF player. I know even a hater such as yourself understands that. The stats are there.

So you think LeBron would rather have a guy who averages 14 and 10, than Bosh's 17 and 6? Not counting how much better of a shooter he is than Grant? Sorry but you have no idea what you're talking about.

I highly doubt a guy that averages 16 ppg at ages 28 and 29 is going HOF. By age 35, his career averages will have dropped to 15-18 per game. He's not getting in the HOF off that ppg when he literally has nothing else going for him.

We can agree to disagree, but when comparing bigs, if you say the league's worst rebounder is better than the the best rebounder of all time, you are saying you don't value rebounding. It's fine if you don't value rebounding, but let's be clear....this is what you are saying.

So Rodman is a better rebounder. Bosh is the better overall player. So one stat makes Rodman better? :eek:lol:

You do understand that bosh is on the league's most efficient offence, right?

Also, remind me to revisit your post in 10 years as bosh is inducted into the HOF.

I don't know about most efficient, but yes, pretty efficient shooting. The catch is there are 2 sides to the basketball court (not to mention offensive rebounding and passing efficiency).
