The MF'n Finals Thread

I'm surprised by the back to back double digit home losses by the Heat. I don't know what happened but the spurs have taken command of the series. It's isn't over for miami but it's only holding on by a piece of thread

More fun stats...Bosh has played 70 minutes the last 2 games and has 6 rebounds. Leonard has 13 in 37 minutes tonight.

How good would the pacers be right now if they did not trade Leonard for hill?

Would he be as good without Pop coaching him the past 3 years, or playing with Timmy? I'm a big Kawhi fan, but the knowledge he has gained the past 3 years is huge for his career going forward.

Loving that the Spurs are beatin the crap outta the Heat! Lebron and Wade acting like baby's!

Except their 3 best players would all be basically the same position. Hill isn't great but he's good, and without him they'd be severely hurting at PG. They don't put the ball in his hands that much, so his totals aren't big, but he was a very efficient scorer these playoffs and averaged a 2:1 A:TO and he plays solid D. He's kind of a scapegoat for them.

K Leonard would make them better, no doubt. I'm not arguing that.

I don't know that he would have such a high IQ, but Pop didn't teach him how to rebound, play D, or hit the 3. The things he's best at are mostly based on talent, IMO.

2 things are crystal clear after tonight's win by the Spurs.

1) this Spurs team may be a top 5-7 team of all time

2) the Lebron/Jordan comparisons have officially ended for good

This Spurs team is nowhere and I mean nowhere near a top 5-7 team all-time. Not even close.

The Jordan/James comparisons will never end and it's unfortunate for LeBron because nobody will ever replace Jordan. Ever.

It's hard to believe that LeBron and the shell of what used to be Dwyane Wade came into the league in the same year. LeBron is really just now reaching the apex of his career, and Wade just looks completely broken down and used up.

I'm still waiting on an answer to this one. I just watched James and Wade's post game interview and saw nothing of the sort.

Maybe I just misunderstood the post. I figured he was saying they were behaving like babies. Maybe he was saying that they were acting like they belonged to a baby? Which after watching the post game interviews would actually make more sense.

Maybe he was just trolling?
