@Behr here ya go...

6-8 squash- cut in 1/4 in slices
2 eggs- beaten
4 oz (or more!) velveeta- cubed
1/8 cup heavy cream
2 sleeves Ritz crackers- crushed
Salt- to desired taste
Pepper- to desired taste
1 1/2 sticks butter- melted
-Preheat oven to 350. Boil squash until tender; drain well. In an 11x13 dish, combine 1/2 stick melted butter, squash, cream, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take out and put crushed crackers to cover. Pour remaining stick of melted butter over the crackers and continue to bake an additional 10-15 minutes.

She had me at heavy cream and butter. Then mo butter.

By date time do you mean just driving around asking your wife where she wants to eat for two hours and then finally going to sonic for a burger because she "doesn't know" and then going home?
Haha, normally yes! We're actually going to medieval times, which luckily is in the same mall as Bass pro shop 😁
