Looks like Tennessee's own Lamar Alexander will be the 4th vote necessary to ensure the Senate actually hears from witnesses (as has occurred in EVERY impeachment trial in history).

Are you talking about the non blanket military aid? That was released? The aid that Ukraine got and said they received under no pressure at all? Is that the aid your talking about?

Yes, the military aid which Donald Trump placed a hold on, so he could leverage it against President Zelensky's willingness to perform a political campaign favor for him (by going on CNN and announcing that he was opening an investigation into the Bidens).

The military aid was not released until AFTER the White House became aware of the whistleblower's complaint and of its contents.

So if by some miracle Biden wins the WH, can we have him impeached for using his prior office to extort a foreign government to benefit his son? BEcause there is video evidence of him having a prosecutor fired and him bragging about it. If we hold the HOR and Senate, my guess is not only yes, but I would bet it would be the shortest batch of hearings in the history of DC.
