There is a treaty of mutual legal assistance, signed in 1999, but that is obviously not what is at issue here. Our president leveraged military aid to the Ukraine against their willingness to investigate a political opponent. This was strictly for his own personal political gain, not something for the betterment of either country.

Trump's conduct was consistent with the way the leaders of a banana republic operate.

It's usually the patient seeking medication for depression or anxiety. It's trial and error with them especially the SSRI's. It's either go to your regular doctor or a Psychiatrist. Access to Psychiatrists is the problem. The Goldwater rule adopted by the APA requiring an examination was a industry protectionist policy. It was designed to give legitimacy to an infantile profession. A new science, if you will, for the treatment of people with mental disorders for which most people didn't understand to begin with.

In essence, they didn't want members spouting off about people (labeling) because it would hurt the industry.
