I hated Obama since the day he got elected, but having him forcibly removed from office never entered my mind. Your party has taken it to another level and I hope you're happy when the next 10 Presidents get dragged through the mud whenever the house and president are from different parties, because that is what is going to happen. You bastards let politics override your pea brains.

You guys started that with Clinton and were already planning strategies for Hillary, so give me a break on that crap.
Trump cannot be compared to any past presidents and hopefully no future presidents. He is that once in every 300 years catastrophic anomaly.

Hillary is a criminal. There is mountains of evidence to support it yet the dims washed away all her sins. Conversely dims have had to try and fabricate crimes against Trump without evidence hoping to later find evidence.....they have not. One s*** show after another.

Are you trying to compare the lock her up chants vs the impeachment hearings ram rodded by the democrats? The huge difference is when Trump took over his party held both chambers of congress and he didn't do squat to Hillary. The gloves are off now luther, your party has tried to bring down the republic for their own need for power.

Coming in at the tail end of a conversation I haven't read back on, but I have a question about whistleblowers. I understand the idea of anonymity to protect from retaliation. But at the same time, what about the right of the accused to face their accuser? How do you balance the two principles?

“They should be coming before us,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Thursday. “They keep taking it to court, and no, we’re not going to wait until the courts decide. That might be information that’s available to the Senate, in terms of how far we go and when we go. But we can’t wait for that because, again, it’s a technique. It’s obstruction of justice, obstruction of Congress.”

Sounds like she slipped off message. Is it a technique? Or is it obstruction?

The over $100 million tax payer dollars spent by the Republicans in investigations of Hollary came to the conclusion of not guilty. $70 million got her husband Bill for lying about an affair.
That's $170 million dollars the Republicans spent on investigations of the Clintons to get 1 lie to a grand jury and a house impeachment.
Republicans are so fiscally responsible.

Those limits on government power exist when the accused faces jail time at the hands of the government. This isn’t that. This isn’t a criminal trial. The president is immune from criminal trial. That was a big deal a few months ago.

Even if it were, you guys are misunderstanding the confrontation clause. There’s no rule saying the whistleblower would have to be called in a criminal trial either.
