I see his point. I want to be whiskey-ly responsible during Vol football games yet I have trouble doing so. I end up in as big of a soberness deficit as my pal who came over with a plan to drink himself into oblivion.
Now, if I had to vote on one us to remain sober, I'd still vote for me. But history has proven that I am a victim of wishful thinking on that front. And I think that is the case with the GOP ever sobering up on spending as well.
