The Impeachment Thread

You need to be able to investigate. I guess we will have to go through the courts, if we end up someone similar to Trump in the future. It is a scary thought, because you never know what the future will bring.

What is sad, is that if the economy wasn't as good as it was, I believe the Republicans would not enable him to block witnesses or stand behind his conspiracy theories which help Russia. We'll see how the Senate trial goes but I'm not holding my breath.
The economy was just as strong in 1998 when Bill Clinton was impeached, as it is now. There are so many hypocritical stances from Republicans when looking back to '98.

Took what bait? Barr said nothing in here. When issued 10 counts of OOJ. Do those goggles need cleaning so you can read?

AirVol lives in the Right Wing Echo Chamber where everything is rainbows and unicorns - it's his safe space, fact-free 24/7.

A cable news producer can find a lawyer to give just about any opinion that they want to hear on the matter, but the fact is that there is precedent for these particular two articles of impeachment. Two of the articles of impeachment against Richard Nixon from 1974 were Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress... and unlike this proceeding, that was a bi-partisan process. That precedent explains a lot as to why these two articles were chosen.

Exactly right. They stick with the bare minimum of what the evidence overwhelmingly supports. The case is ironclad. It's up to the GOPers in the Senate to have some integrity now. I think we know how that is going to turn out.

Reckon Schitt will do the right thing and testify in front of the Senate? I mean, he’s the Dims star witness.

I think that has been discussed and that he definitely will ... Now, will Devin Nunes, Mike Pompeo and Rudy Giuliani testify? I think that is a much longer shot than Rep. Adam Schiff.

No no no, see it doesn’t work that way. Schitt made up his own rules for the majority. Now he’s the minority and he doesn’t have any say who can and can’t testify.

So after 3 years of posturing and BS all the Dims could come up with is abuse of power. Their stupidity is at an all time high and is reflected in their 2020 stupid candidates. One day they may wake up and realize the leftist commies carjacked their party and ran it in the ditch.
