The Impeachment Thread

Cool story Bro. Graham know's she just put the ball in his court.

Active and emotionally disturbed participants are always too close to see the true. It appears as though all your BS coup attempts are failing to convince the people.
He just keeps getting stronger and more support.

Graham is so close to the president he has skid marks.

I truly hope your party gets it back on the rails one day, if they continue to let the weirdos who can’t even admit there are only 2 genders run the party it won’t last much longer

Come on man, with Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler leading this clown show you know they're destined for greatness LOL

Working for us. Doing their jobs.

RCP’s average of polls for impeachment is at +71.3 among democrats. It’s at +1.5 among independents. +3.7 overall. Support for removal is a dead heat overall and it’s arguably being held back by some old polls that are still in the black from before the hearings.

I’m not naive enough to think all of their motives are so pure, but that goes both ways, which means that the likelihood of whether he is removed has nothing to do with whether or not he should be.

Reasonable minds can differ about whether what happened/is happening warrants removal, but I don’t think there’s any question that the people ought to be made aware of it, as they have been, and that, to the extent that people disagree with their senator’s judgment about whether what happened is acceptable, they ought to have that information available next time they go to vote. And that cuts both ways.
I once took a tenant to court. Won the case. Open and shut, really. Never saw a dime. My day in court was judicial theater for me and the defendant.

I care little about the "victory" of impeachment in the absence of results. Will the constituents care? Will it alter who they consider electing next time? No.

I am happy that this show is tying up their time. At least we probably won't get any more laws passed as long as the performance continues. To that end, let's pray it continues in perpetuity.

As long as Trump is in, you'll get your wish.

You better think the impact of this long term. As much as you like to mention having a Dem President the past several years, the Repubs control each chamber of Congress quite regularly.

If you think the president did something presidents shouldn't do, impeachment is a remedy. If you don't think the president did something warranting removal, oppose it.

Why should "results" be a factor in your assessment of the president's conduct?

Be honest now LOL, how many of you libs said amen when Nanni envoked her wonderful faith, nobility, and humility in her speech today?

Because results are the only thing that matters. Clinton's impeachment was nothing. Was it good for the people? No.

You forgot the number one rule of suing a worthless piece of sh!t over a debt.

Rule # 1: You can't get blood out of a turnip.

Standing for principle? Checking the Executive Branch (even if the president isn't removed, it may curb his or future presidents' behavior)?
