I have been in this crowd since we lost to UCLA, but Im seeing many more joining this thought process. My Aunt and Uncle are big UGA fans in Dalton, Georgia. They are friends with a bunch of Tennessee alumni/fans. Im talking two doctors, one attorney and two influential businessmen etc... They said they are firmly in the, hope we lose crowd...

On another note, a prominent businessman from Loudon and UT alumni gave my father four tickets to the Mississippi State game, damn good tickets in section M, row 26 I think. Said he couldnt stomach it anymore and would probably be selling the rest of his season tickets on Ebay soon.

Nope, I can stand the losing. What i cannot stand is retaining a coach with an 8 year win clause in his contract, only for the sake of keeping the status quo because Tennessee fans for the most part, are insecure as hell. For some reason, many of us think that this is "the best we can get." Give me a new coach and Ill slug through the 4-8 years that so many claim are necessary if we get a new coach. Its not about the winning and losing, its about the fear of something new by the UTAD and so many fans, including YOU.

i don't think anybody will have to worry about losing games. we are going to lose alot and often, it's just a fact.

Tennessee fans are far and wide a pretty insecure group. I think the Fire Fulmer crowd has grew it's membership by the thousands since Sept. 1st.

Change is coming. Don't worry.

There's a wide gulf between deciding not to go to games and hoping we'll lose.

Well Put!!

I don't hope we lose, but i will not be attending any games, simply because i don't support the coaching. I support the team though.

Hamilton is going to keep Fulmer as long as Neyland fills up to near capacity.

Thats the reason he got rid of Buzz......it wasn't because the B-Ball team sucked and underachieved....it was because Buzz wasn't filling up TBA and selling popcorn.

So i say for those that want Fulmer gone........don't go to the games. Root for the team, just don't go.......When the massive stadium that is Neyland looks empty, and isn't raking in the Millions, Fulmer will be gone....

But don't hope we lose. if we win out (highly unlikely, but still IF) we have the opportunity to be a top 15team....sounds funny, but it could happen. We play at Georgia, play Bama, Play vandy and Play Kentucky....all decent teams....

I hope we get a new coach.

So now, because I don't hope for losses I am in fact a blind loyalist and a coward. Jump to conclusions much?
